Wrong-way truck driver failed language proficiency test: MSHP

A Somali truck driver failed an English proficiency test after getting pulled over for driving the wrong way on Highway 61 in Lincoln County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol said he could not identify road signs required to hold a commercial driver’s license.
