TDOT: Construction on new Gap Creek Rd. bridge to begin Jan. 5

ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) said a bridge on Gap Creek Road in Carter County will close next week as crews construct a permanent replacement bridge.
