Northeast Arkansas feels tremors from magnitude 4.0 earthquake

A magnitude 4.0 earthquake hit near Cooter, Missouri, on Thursday, sending tremors into northeast Arkansas, which lies within the New Madrid Seismic Zone, one of the most active seismic zones in the United States.
