More than 15 evacuated by boat during Colonie flooding

More than 15 people were evacuated by boat from their homes this morning in Colonie after severe flooding rapidly inundated streets in the area. The West Albany Fire Department responded around 7 a.m. to the flooding on Exchange, Sumter, Corning and Richmond streets.
