Locals discuss new housing, store coming to Schenectady

Linda Garcia lives near 750 State Street in Schenectady, the site where officials have plans to build a Save A Lot grocery store. Right now, she goes to a grocery store near Union Street, which is miles from her home. Garcia is confident the new store will be well attended.
