Local police showcase tech purchased with state money

Police chiefs from Troy and Schenectady showed off the technology purchased for their departments with state money to reporters on Tuesday ahead of more funding becoming available soon. The LETECH, or Law Enforcement Technology grant program was given out for the first time in 2024, with $127 million distributed statewide.
