Illinois lawmakers move to keep Chicago Bears in state with new tax deal proposal

Illinois lawmakers have proposed a revised "megaprojects" bill that would allow the Chicago Bears to negotiate long-term property tax agreements with local governments, in an effort to keep the team in the state.
