Fair St. Clair returns after 12-year hiatus

St. Clair County is bringing back its county fair Thursday after a 12-year hiatus. The event, which has been rebranded as Fair St. Clair, will run through Aug. 1 at the Belle Clair Fairgrounds Park in Belleville.
