EPA seeks to overturn Biden-era emissions decision as SLC metro is ranked among the worst for pollution

As the Salt Lake City metropolitan area was recently ranked among the worst in the nation for pollution, the EPA is proposing repealing a Biden-era decision that administrators say unfairly penalized Utahns for pollution that was not under their control.
