Eastern Kern roads, shoulders to close for upgrades, mowing

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Multiple roads will be closed in Eastern Kern County this week for upgrades and landscaping. The off-ramp on State Route 14 going northbound will temporarily close.
