Cool and breezy today and tomorrow, turning less humid too

Rainfall amounts yesterday averaged near 1" for many parts of our region. Some areas received less, and a few select areas received between 2-4", which led to brief flash flooding. There were a few wind damage reports as well. It was another severe weather day for Central PA, one of many so far this month. We are a region that needs the rainfall, but likely would prefer it come less violently.
