Breaking down New York's cannabis laws after a 500+ pound seizure

A police chase last week started on I-87 in Warren County and ended with the driver traveling the wrong-way on the Northway in Saratoga County. A crash involving a State Police cruiser also occurred, and more than 500 pounds of cannabis was seized. Two people from St. Lawrence County, New York, are now facing multiple felony charges. The suspects are 39-year-old Torrey Jackson and 29-year-old Tori Rushlow from Massena.
