Boaters beware: Percy Priest Lake, Cumberland Basin at low levels

If you haven't been on Percy Priest since last summer, things look a lot different. The Corps said lake levels are currently about five feet below where they typically are. Although that might not sound like much, they said it makes a big difference, especially when looking at rock piles like these.
