Amsterdam issues State of Emergency due to flooding

Heavy rain has left roads under water and forced crews to shut down part of Route 5 in Amsterdam, and the city has declared a State of Emergency. The city is also under a flood watch. NEWS10’s Amber Fisher spoke with crews about what’s being done to get the water to drain.
