27 neglected dogs rescued in Louisiana, owner arrested

GREENSBURG, La. (KLFY) -- A woman was arrested in connection to over 20 animal abuse charges. Candace Hollins is charged with 21 counts of aggravated cruelty to animals, six counts of simple cruelty, and gun and drug charges.
