A 26-year-old woman was seriously injured after being struck by a car while crossing a road near San Diego State University, and the driver was a 28-year-old man in a Honda Accord, with the woman suffering multiple injuries including a fractured hip, pelvic fracture, broken sacrum, femur fracture, and an 8-inch head laceration.
