Woman dies after head-on collision in San Marcos

A fatal head-on collision occurred on San Elijo Road in San Marcos on Tuesday, resulting in the death of a woman driving a Nissan Sentra and the driver of the Honda CR-V being taken to a local hospital for her injuries.
