Woman charged with 20 felonies after being found with other people's credit cards during traffic stop

A Louisiana woman has been charged with 20 felonies after she was allegedly found to be in possession of drugs and other people's credit cards during a traffic stop, which she said were left in her car by people she knew from rehab.
