Will the Avs trade for this all-time great?

Things are going so well for the Avalanche right now that the front office might be hesitant to blow up the project, but NHL analysts have long thought the Avs might make a big trade for a star to reinforce their Stanley Cup hopes, and players of Malkin's pedigree are far and few between.
