What is the history behind the former Hudson River Psychiatric Center?

A National Historic Landmark in Poughkeepsie, the former Hudson River Psychiatric Center, went up in flames again Monday morning, after an initial fire last week tore through much of the 200-acre property; riddled with history dating back over 150 years.
