West Texas oil CEO arrested in New York, accused of $1.2M fraud scheme

Joshua Cohen, a New York man, has been arrested and charged with theft of services and engaging in organized criminal activity for allegedly defrauding Texas oilfield service companies out of more than $1.2 million.
