Voters OK Measure H, Sharp to revitalize Tri-City Hospital

Voters in Oceanside, Carlsbad and Vista have overwhelmingly approved a 30-year partnership between Sharp HealthCare and Tri-City Healthcare, which will bring $100 million in upgrades to Tri-City Hospital and restore the previously eliminated labor and delivery department.
