Vehicle hits pole in southeast Las Vegas valley causing power outage; driver faces charges

A vehicle hit a pole in the southeast Las Vegas valley Tuesday morning, causing a small power outage, police said. The driver of that vehicle showed signs of impairment and is facing charges.
