Vegetation fire erupts near Oceanside Boulevard

OCEANSIDE, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) -- A vegetation fire sparked in Oceanside around 4:30 p.m. that has been dubbed the "Boulevard" fire. At around 5:50 p.m., crews confirmed the fire had been completely extinguished and is 100 percent contained, according to OCD.
