Valley rain and mountain snow for Wednesday with gusty winds

The bottom line? The Atmospheric River has moved into Northern Utah bringing with it rain showers for the valleys and mountain snow for the high elevations. Gusty winds will be expected for Northern Utah and Southwest Wyoming where High Wind Warnings and Wind Advisories are in effect.
