Ute Indian Tribe files federal lawsuit against Colorado Governor over exclusion from state parks

The Ute Indian Tribe of the Uintah and Ouray Reservation has filed a discrimination lawsuit against the Governor of Colorado, along with wildlife and natural resource officials.
