Utah firm to sue ICE for $56 million, claims client was unlawfully sent to violent El Salvadorian prison

A Utah law firm has filed a notice of intent to sue the U.S. government in federal court for $56 million, saying their client was unlawfully detained and sent to a violent El Salvadorian prison.
