Update: Teen Driver Charged in Fatal Hit and Run Crash that Killed Brick Freshman Student on Bicycle

BRICK, N.J. — A Brick Township High School freshman riding a bicycle near campus died Monday morning after a speeding BMW struck him in a marked crosswalk and fled the scene, according to investigators who later tracked the damaged vehicle to a nearby neighborhood.
