Union sues Illinois State University over hiring replacement workers

AFSCME Council 31 has sued Illinois State University for hiring temporary replacement workers in violation of the Employment of Strikebreakers Act, and is seeking an injunction to prevent the replacement workers from doing the jobs of the strikers.
