Two men charged with murder in 2019 Kingston homicide

On Wednesday, two men were arrested in connection to a 2019 homicide investigation. According to the Kingston Police Department, 55-year-old Wilbur Reese, of Monticello, and 37-year-old Dushan Wilson, of Albany, were charged with second-degree murder.
