Two arrests made in death of 3-year-old Devin Page Jr., Baton Rouge police chief says

Two suspects have been arrested in the 2022 murder of 3-year-old Devin Page Jr. in Baton Rouge, after years of investigation by homicide detectives and assistance from federal partners.
