Tribe, conservation group fight for a voice in lawsuit surrounding endangered Nevada toad

The Fallon Paiute-Shoshone tribe is working with the Center for Biological Diversity to protect the endangered Dixie Valley toad. On Tuesday they asked a federal judge to allow arguments against a lawsuit brought by Ormat that would strip Endangered Species Act protections from the toad.
