'Toxic odor' forces evacuation at Honolulu driver's license office

Honolulu Fire Department evacuated the Kapalama Driver's License Office on Dillingham Boulevard after receiving a report of an odor, and Honolulu Emergency Medical Services evaluated multiple people who felt sick but declined transport to the hospital.
