Topanga Canyon Boulevard closed through Monday for underground pipe installation

A 3.6-mile stretch of Topanga Canyon Boulevard between Pacific Coast Highway and Grand View Drive remained closed as a 55-hour shutdown continued while crews install an underground 84-inch pipe.
