TN lawmakers weigh privacy concerns, public safety regarding Flock cameras

On Tuesday, State Rep. Jason Zachary spoke with Knoxville Police Chief Paul Noel about how the police department uses license plate readers. He said he voted against a 2021 bill that expanded the use of these cameras in the past.
