Thousands of homes to be built in Clairemont as part of community update

San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria signed a new development plan into law for Clairemont, which includes the construction of 14,000 homes, new parks, shopping areas, and community village centers to foster a sense of community and improve the quality of life for residents.
