This Cowboy pup is ready to lasso your heart

Meet Cowboy! Cowboy is a 53-pound, 2-year-old Terrier mix who was brought to Hawaiian Humane Society's Mōʻiliʻili Campus in January after his previous guardian could no longer provide for his care.
