Teen hitmen plead guilty to murder, attempted murder of Chula Vista target

Two 15-year-old members of the Mexican Mafia-affiliated Westside Wilmas gang pleaded guilty to murder and attempted murder charges after admitting they were hired as hitmen by the Sinaloa Cartel and targeted a Chula Vista man last year.
