Suspects identified, new details released in California kidnapping, execution

Investigators said 60-year-old Shukur Aikebaer stepped outside his home in the 2100 block of Monteverde Drive around 10:15 p.m. to inspect the home's electrical panel after service to the residence was interrupted.
