Suspect in San Marcos DUI fatal hit-and-run faces judge

Prosecutors allege Faust was parked on a street outside a storage facility in San Marcos when he was struck and killed. Investigators say Faust was at the trunk of his car when a Hyundai crashed into the back of the vehicle.
