Suspect dead after police shooting in Socorro County

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexico State Police said a suspect is dead after a police shooting in Veguita on Peralta Place. The shooting involved NMSP officers who are ok. There is no threat to the public. This is a developing story; KRQE News 13 will provide updates as they become available.
