Supreme Court declines to review failed challenge to New York gun law

The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal from the National Shooting Sports Foundation about New York's gun-related public nuisance statute, which allows the state or victims of gun violence to sue gun companies for "harms resulting from the criminal or unlawful misuse" of their products.
