State Senator Brian Jones reacts to Gov. Newsom's State of the State speech

California State Senate Minority Leader Brian Jones joins "Good Morning San Diego" Friday to give what he is titling the "Real State of the State." Jones also addressing the Newsom's reluctance to investigation allegations of statewide fraud.
