St. Louis Police Board demands $68M more in funding from city

The St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners demanded nearly $68 million more for policing from the City of St. Louis in a major courtroom showdown Tuesday. The board warned the city is violating state law by allegedly under-funding the Police Department.
