St. Louis County bypassed gay employee for promotion, then retaliated: Lawsuit

A longtime 911 coordinator claims that St. Louis County passed him over for a promotion because he is gay and later retaliated with a false accusation of sexual misconduct after he complained of workplace discrimination, according to a newly-filed lawsuit.
