St. Louis County budget feud leads to finger-pointing

Three St. Louis County government buildings will be closed on Fridays, and the popular J.B. Blast Independence Day celebration is canceled.  St. Louis County Executive Sam Page made that announcement on Tuesday and blamed budget cuts made by the county council.
