Spring Hill Board of Mayor and Aldermen passes sewer moratorium framework

This ordinance was passed months after a moratorium was imposed on the city after the city self reported 29 effluent exceedance violations to the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation between June 1, 2023, and May 31, 2025.
