Spring celebrations draw families to Franklin Square, Fairmount Park

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) - Springtime activities brought families across Philadelphia outdoors, from an Easter-themed event at Franklin Square to peak cherry blossom viewing along Kelly Drive, and a community celebration at Smith Memorial Playground.
