Southwest Gas proposes 2.8% increase; public invited to comment

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Southwest Gas Corporation wants to increase the rates it charges consumers. Under Nevada law, natural gas utilities must file an annual adjustment application to determine whether customers are overpaying or underpaying for gas costs.
