Some receive tax bills, refunds after Tennessee Comptroller's Office corrects Rutherford County Property Assessor

Thousands of property owners in Rutherford County have gotten either a tax bill or a tax refund after the Tennessee Comptroller’s Office found the work of the Rutherford County Property Assessor "riddled with errors."
